The aim of this course is to facilitate learning through engaging in and reflecting upon the experience of a role play based on a scenario co-created between yourself, an actor and facilitator.
The small-group sessions provide opportunities for participants to explore the challenges they face when communicating with colleagues and explore personal strategies to enhance their confidence and communication skills. The aim is to focus on your learning needs rather than apply a particular approach or technique.
Due to the current circumstances, this course will be held via zoom and will now be structured into a one day course.
