This is a 2 day foundation course for doctors to gain an understanding of the key principles and concepts in leadership. To explore why leadership is so important in the NHS and what is the role of medical leadership. Finally to develop a picture of your own leadership style, preferences and behaviours and discover strategies to manage them to maximise your leadership effectiveness as opposed to having them work against you.
