Calling all consultants and Junior Doctors (ST7 and above) that are interested in learning mentoring skills, or interested in refreshing skills to join us.
The aim is to develop a GOSH register of mentors, so that consultants (particularly new consultants) needing support can apply to have a mentor.
We are also looking for consultants who may be willing to teach on future mentoring courses so that we can develop and maintain a training faculty.
