The aim of this two day course is to develop and enhance communication between colleagues in clinical settings towards effective teamwork and to benefit the experience of our patients.
By working with participants' own scenarios and skilled actors, the course will provide opportunities to focus on individual challenges to improve personal communication skills and confidence.
It will focus on the issues around working within teams, hierarchies and across professional groups within the clinical environment.
Open to : Band 5-7 Nurses, Doctors and AHP’s
Registering on this course requires you to attend the entirety of it. This course will run on the 8th June 2018 (Day 1) and the 13th July 2018 (Day 2).
