This half day interactive course is designed for new supervisors and introduces the key concepts of educational supervision. It will enable delegates to gain an understanding of the valve in providing high-quality educational supervision, as well as a framework for how to manage challenging situations in that role.
This course is one of several that will help you meet the standards set down by the GMC for the role of an Educational Supervisor, covering domains 1-7.
This is an opportunity for a one-afternoon sign off for GMC accreditation.
Before attending you must be upto date with your equality and diversity elearning.
You will be sent the education portfolio before you attend, you should try to complete this and bring the evidence required to demonstrate your ongoing educational activity.
