Paediatric Chronic Ventilation Course 2019

The GOSH-to-Home Chronic Ventilation Service looks after approximately 300 children on long term invasive or non-invasive ventilation, in inpatient/out-patient settings, as well as supporting local community teams. Our team consists of multi-disciplinary professionals including respiratory paediatricians, clinical nurse specialists, sleep physiologists, neuro-respiratory physiotherapists, play therapist, working in collaboration with other specialty teams such as palliative care, ENT, Neurology.

To empower professional colleagues caring for this growing home-ventilated population, we have designed our course to share and disseminate specialist knowledge and skills in long term ventilation to health care professionals involved in the day-to-day care of these children.
