This two day programme comprises of lectures on echocardiography of the normal heart and simple congenital heart disease alongside practical scanning sessions using both mannequins and patients. This programme will lay the foundation for those wanting to learn echocardiography and consolidate the skills of those in training. The workshops and presentations will focus on high quality image acquisition and interpretation alongside building knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of both the normal paediatric heart and simple congenital cardiac lesions. 6 BSE points awards.
