• To practice, applying communication techniques when faced with challenging situations, specifically emotional responses such as anger or disappointment• To receive feedback from an experienced facilitator in a safe environment• To understand the importance of planning and implementing coping strategies to aid personal resilience
The workshop will include scenarios built around relevant case-studies, and actors creating realistic situations
