If you cancel within 14 calendar days or more before the start date of the course you will receive a full refund minus a 12.5% administration fee.

If you cancel less than 14 calendar days before the start date of the course you are not eligible for a refund unless you have extenuating circumstances. 

  • Extenuating circumstances include but not limited to acute illness, unplanned hospitalisation, and bereavement. Each case will be considered on its own merit and any decision taken will be at the discretion of the GLA and will be final, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
