The Paediatric Spirometry course provides expert training in spirometry performance, quality control, anatomy, pathophysiology, interpretation and practical workshops.
The course is led by experienced Paediatric Respiratory Physiologists from Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. The course content follows that outlined in the ARTP National Spirometry Certification standards document, to prepare candidates for the ARTP Paediatric Spirometry Certification process.

The course will be delivered over two days:
- Day 1 (Virtual): Thursday, 26th February 2026, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (via MS Teams)
- Day 2 (In-Person): Thursday, 5th March 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (at Great Ormond Street Hospital)

This course is suitable for healthcare professionals with some prior experience in spirometry, including:
- General Paediatricians and Trainees
- Nurses (hospital or community-based)
- Allied Health Professionals
Please note: Lunch will not be provided on the in-person day (5th March).
