The Paediatric Spirometry course provides expert training in spirometry performance, quality control, anatomy, pathophysiology, interpretation and practical workshops.
The course is led by experienced Paediatric Respiratory Physiologists from Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. The course content follows that outlined in the ARTP National Spirometry Certification standards document, to prepare candidates for the ARTP Paediatric Spirometry Certification process. Please be advised that this is a training course ONLY, registration and payment for the Paediatric Spirometry Assessment Certificates is made via the ARTP.
The course will be run over two Thursdays. The first day is Thursday 21st March 2024 which will be a virtual day, when teaching will be delivered via MS Teams. The second day, Thursday 28th March 2024, will require face-to-face attendance at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Please note no lunch is provided.
