A legal and courtroom skills course for clinical staff
This courtroom skills course will run every 3 months to provide an overview of legal proceedings and courtroom skills, from a paediatric perspective
Aims:
• Gain an overview of the Children Act and Care Proceedings
• Understand the evidence and procedures involved with Fact-Finding Hearings
• Hints, tips and tricks on delivering written and oral evidence
• Experience cross-examination in a mock trial simulated courtroom with practicing barristers
