GOSH Conference 2018 - Abstract Submission

PGME and NNME invite abstracts for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Conference 2018 ‘Continuous Care’ on Friday 23rd November 2018 at The British Library Knowledge Centre, London, 96 Euston Road, NW1 2DB.

The conference, now in its 2nd year, aims to recognise the diverse teams involved in care, including professionals, patients, their families, and involved stakeholders across primary, secondary, tertiary care and through community initiatives. We are inviting abstracts from clinicians and allied professions to showcase and celebrate work around any aspect of care at GOSH, or alongside teams at GOSH, but in particular where you have addressed continuity and continuous care for families and young people.

Selected abstracts will be invited to give an oral or poster presentation on the day, and be published in a booklet hosted online by Archives of Disease in Childhood.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 30th July 2018.

Please note:

The abstract submitted here, if selected for oral or poster presentation, will be used in a publication of abstracts in an online booklet with Archives of Disease in Childhood. It is not possible to amend details of the abstract after the final submission deadline has passed so please take care to submit a final copy approved by all listed authors. Minor editing, for example, grammar and spelling will be done

Instructions for abstract submission.

There are two forms to fill in to allow your abstract to be submitted for peer-review. You will be required to fill in your registration details below. You will not be charged until after your abstract is reviewed and accepted/declined to allow the appropriate price to be offered, however after entering your details below, a payment reference will be generated to allow payment to be requested at a later time. You will require this number to be entered onto the next form – please write it down carefully. Entry of an incorrect payment reference will prevent your abstract being properly registered and there is a chance you will not be able to have your abstract considered and accepted. Once you have filled in the form below, please follow the link to the abstract submission page – this can be done at a later time, so please make a note of the link.

We would strongly recommend editing and formatting your abstract text in a word document prior to submission via the entry form. Abstracts must be no more than 300 words. Tables and illustrations may also be submitted as PDF, word document or high-resolution JPG files.
